Peter Callahan is a Director supporting client partners in the delivery of executive search, organizational intelligence, and leadership advisory solutions. He specializes in working with clients across Moderns’ technology industry.
Before joining Modern, Peter began his career in software sales at EMC Corporation, then transitioned into the film and television industry, where he spent nearly a decade producing award-winning content. His work ranged from independent films to major studio productions, with credits including projects for Netflix, Apple TV+, Sony/Marvel, ABC, NBCUniversal,Showtime, and TIME Studios.
Peter brings a unique perspective to executive search, leveraging years of experience leading complex, high-stakes productions, managing diverse teams, and delivering results under pressure. His background allows him to understand both creative and operational leadership across a variety of industries.
He earned his B.A. in History from Manhattanville College, where he played NCAA Division III soccer and lacrosse. Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and exploring new films and television.
