Tace Sutherland is an Associate Director based in New York City. She supports executive searches for Human Resources professionals across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Modern, Tace built her recruiting experience at Moelis & Company and Michael Page, where she partnered closely with internal stakeholders to drive hiring across all levels of the organization while cultivating strong relationships with candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
Tace graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, where she was also a member of the Division I women’s lacrosse team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new recipes, and being with friends.
