Teresa Crotts is Vice President, Finance at Modern Executive Solutions, with over a decade of experience leading finance and accounting functions across multi-entity, growth-oriented organizations. She brings deep expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, governance, and systems leadership, helping executive teams maintain financial rigor and visibility as organizations scale.
Before joining Modern, Teresa served as Vice President of Finance at an executive search firm supporting private-equity-backed software and defense services companies. In that role, she partnered closely with executive teams on financial forecasting, governance, internal controls, and operating model optimization during periods of rapid growth and change.
Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and an MBA in Finance from Strayer University.
