Atlanta, GA—July 7, 2025—Modern Executive Solutions is proud to announce the appointment of Mary Finley as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, Finley will lead People, Marketing, and Customer Experience, bringing her bold, human-centric perspective to the forefront of Modern’s growth journey.

With more than 15 years of global leadership experience spanning People and Business Operations, Finley is recognized for her ability to bridge strategy with empathy, transforming organizational dynamics through leadership development, agile transformation, and strategic change management.

Her appointment underscores Modern’s commitment to investing in its people, strengthening client impact, and building the future of executive talent solutions.

Finley has held leadership roles across Business Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and has also served as an interim leader for Marketing and IT. She is a certified Executive Coach (iPEC), SPHR, PMP, and Prosci Change Management Practitioner, with a proven track record in scaling global professional services firms, building centers of excellence, and leading integration initiatives in high-growth environments.
