His career includes executive and practice leadership roles at Accenture, HSBC, Deloitte, Korn Ferry, and Oliver Wyman, where he has shaped next-generation talent strategies for global firms. Known for his ability to scale what works and drive measurable, lasting change, Holland has partnered with CEOs, boards, and executive teams worldwide to enhance top team effectiveness, strengthen board impact, and embed strategy through people.
