Atlanta, GA—October 1, 2025—M1, the world's largest executive network of large company CHROs, today announced the launch of the M1 Talent Community, a first-of-its-kind executive network that will be the world’s largest community of major company talent leaders.
Designed exclusively for peers leading talent organizations at large companies, the M1 Talent Community will initially launch with more than 150 members from major global corporations. M1 is a Modern Executive Solutions Company.

The new Talent community is modeled after Modern’s M1 CHRO Community, the largest membership network of big company CHROs, which has grown to more than 375 members from more than 25 countries leading companies that average 75,000 employees each since its launch in October 2024.

The M1 Talent Community includes benefits such as a secure website with exclusive content and a directory of members, invite-only meetings and events, and cutting-edge AI tools. Designed to be a dynamic knowledge hub, the community is powered by AI to help members access and apply the collective intelligence of their executive peer networks.

Prospective members of the M1 Talent Community should be heads of talent, learning, talent management, talent acquisition, or executive talent acquisition at companies with a minimum of 10,000 employees.
