Atlanta, GA—October 1, 2025—M1, the world's largest executive network of large company CHROs, today announced the launch of the M1 Talent Community, a first-of-its-kind executive network that will be the world’s largest community of major company talent leaders.
Designed exclusively for peers leading talent organizations at large companies, the M1 Talent Community will initially launch with more than 150 members from major global corporations. M1 is a Modern Executive Solutions Company.

The new Talent community is modeled after Modern’s M1 CHRO Community, the largest membership network of big company CHROs, which has grown to more than 375 members from more than 25 countries leading companies that average 75,000 employees each since its launch in October 2024.

Prospective members of the M1 Talent Community should be heads of talent, learning, talent management, talent acquisition, or executive talent acquisition at companies with a minimum of 10,000 employees.
