Atlanta, GA — March 10, 2026 —Modern Executive Solutions today announced that Brad Pugh has joined the firm as Senior Partner, where he will lead and grow the firm’s global HR Practice across Executive Search, Leadership Advisory, Organizational Consulting, and Executive Communities.
Brad advises CEOs and CHROs on hiring world-class leaders, building high-performing teams, accelerating talent, and planning for succession. Known for his thought leadership in talent strategy, business transformation, career planning, and the use of Artificial Intelligence in HR, he brings deep cross-sector experience spanning technology, consumer, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing.
Throughout his career, Brad has founded and scaled technology companies and held leadership roles at Gartner / CEB, World 50, and Russell Reynolds Associates. He holds a B.S. in Business with a minor in Computer Science from Wake Forest University.
