Having worked as a Senior Executive Assistant, Francis has supported C-level executives across various sectors, including Media, Human Resources, and Technology. Prior to joining Modern, Francis worked with a global executive search firm where she supported several Global Practice areas, including CHRO and DE&I.
In her free time, Francis enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
