Prior to Modern, Jennifer’s career at one of the top-five US executive search firms brings her invaluable experience, insights, and innovation. She is passionate about research and analyzes obscure data in such a way that produces efficiency and maximizes resources.
She spent more than 10 years in the social work field serving vulnerable populations challenged by both physical and mental disabilities. This experience translates into exceptional communication skills and a solution orientated approach with everything she does.
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in human services from Metropolitan State University.
