Sanjana Jain is an Executive Consultant with extensive experience in the talent advisory space. She serves clients cross-industry and specializes in integrating deep dive talent intelligence and organizational enablement with executive search.
Prior to Modern, Sanjana was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in their Organization Practice, where she served Fortune 500 companies on topics ranging from leadership development, capability-building, organizational effectiveness, and talent. She also served large financial institutions on their Digital and Agile organizational transformations, where she helped enable client leaders to transform their companies and themselves through building new mindsets, behaviors, skills, and knowledge. Sanjana was an integral part of the company’s leadership learning strategy and helped build and facilitate global programs based in the principles of Centered Leadership as a coach for McKinsey’s own consultants. She brings with her a deep passion for talent strategy and development, coaching, people, and organizational culture.
Sanjana holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honors Business Administration (HBA) from Ivey Business School and a Certificate in Practical Spanish from Western University.
